π Return Period and Conditions
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by exercising your right of withdrawal.
The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and complete.
With the return, the invoice, box, gift items, and all accessories must be sent back intact.
π Exchange Process
Exchange requests can also be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.
You may exchange for the same product in a different color or size, or an equivalent product.
The product must be unused and in resellable condition for exchange requests.
The shipping cost for the first exchange may be covered by us; for subsequent exchanges, the customer is responsible.

Once your return request is approved, you will be notified by email within 24 hours.
The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7β10 business days.

For returns or exchanges under the right of withdrawal, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, shipping costs are covered by FitLine.
